Families are ok , please reach out. This is an in-law suite on the 1st floor of the house and is the entire floor. No shared space. This is a hosted stay , my family and I live in the house on the second floor. Private entrance to your suite is through back deck. Only shared space is the deck. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. Around the corner from Rockaway Taco/ Rockaway Beach Surf Club. House is front of Jamaica bay with views of the bay from the bed. Message with any questions

The perfect getaway for 2 guests (# of guests must be indicated on rez). The beautiful beachy space is close to the Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

Perfect little bungalow for a chill getaway to Rockaway! This is a hosted stay. Private first floor of home with two bedrooms, each with full sized beds, large open kitchen and living space, full bath, and shared backyard access. Your stay includes everything you need for a great beach weekend (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc.). Please make sure you review all house rules before requesting to book. My house is best suited for quiet beach getaways, family vacations, and small gatherings.

A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
