For the small country town experience, only 5 minutes away is the adorable Ballston Spa, full of antique shops and local restaurants. The house is a truly perfect getaway for all seasons!

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.

You’ll love our house because it is comfortable, and the location is close enough to be at the racetrack in 15 minutes.
