St Augustine Flat is the best place in town to stay. Unmatched location and space, save $$. Located in the prestigious “Pill Hill” walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, 1 block from St. Marys Hospital (in the background of pic). From St Marys catch the free Mayo Shuttle to other Mayo locations. Beautiful hardwood floors, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, full bath, Kitchen, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv. THE SPACE IS UPSTAIRS. The stairs are steep with narrow tread! I look forward to hosting you!

Spacious, quiet 1 BR unit (583 sq. ft.)with all of the essentials and room to relax. The apartment has a living room with a smart TV, kitchen with a dining area, bedroom with a full size bed, office/den area, bathroom with a tub and shower with a dressing area. The kitchen has all of the necessities to make your own meals and there are plenty of extra linens for guests. This is an older home so the hardwood floors creak a little and it has hot water heat. There is free parking behind the house.
