Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Beautiful 5-bedroom villa with pool near the beach

The beautiful and newly renovated villa of 300m2 in Roche is a great holiday home for a family up to 10 people. The house has an open, well-equipped kitchen, a large veranda and terrace area and all is tastefully furnished. On the veranda is a large dining table and on the adjoining terrace a lounge set, from where you can view the 40m2 private pool and the beautifully styled garden. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and your car can be parked in front of the house. It is a dream place.
