Fully-equipped studio apartment in Alameda victorian home. Spacious, with modern amenities (WiFi, Netflix), free coffee and tea, queen-size bed, and big yard, shared with the main house. Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

This century-old water tower in our backyard supplied water to beach cottages on our street. It's been renovated into a tiny home, mostly using reused or upcycled materials. We're happy to share it with guests looking for a quiet & unique place to stay in the Bay Area. It has its own entrance, private courtyard and is located one block from the beach, pinball museum, transit, farmers market, coffee shops & restaurants. You’ll love it because it's quaint and conveniently located.

Spacious & Charming Gold Coast Duplex Home

Great place for travelers looking to visit the bay area or for families visiting relatives here in Alameda. 5 min drive to Alameda Ferry and 2 min walk to SF bus (25 mins to SF). This is a 1 bedroom, one bath duplex in a great neighborhood. Although its a 1 bed unit we do have a set of bunk beds in the bedroom and a pack-n-play crib for a infant. Its great for a couple or a family of 4 who would rather have access whole house rather than squeezing into a hotel room.
