In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, including: stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, combined washing machine and dryer. 1 bedroom with comfortable double bed (140 cm) and 1 bedroom with single bed (120 cm) in addition to large sofa bed (145 cm) in the living room. 10-15 minutes walk from Oslo S. The apartment is located in the middle of 2 of Oslo's best food halls. (Oslo Street Food & Vulkan Food Hall). Several art galleries in the quarter.

The apartment is located in a quiet and nice area with 10-15 min walk distance to Røa Torg where you can find cozy bakeries and quality restaurants, as well as modern shopping malls and subway to the city. There is a short distance to the grocery store right outside the apartment and a bus station with bus routes to the city without bus change.

The apartment is ideal for 7 people, but it`s possible for 9 people to stay if you dont mind sleeping a bit tight. I only accept reservations from guests over 40 years old or families.
