Historic Loch Side Home of a Royal Princess

Ferry Inn Cottage is a unique house sitting on the shores of the Gareloch in Rosneath Peninsula, Argyll and Bute. Dating from 1895, it was designed by renowned architect Sir Edwin Lutyens for Princess Louise, daughter of Queen Victoria. Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is just 20 miles away, Luss is 19 miles and Glasgow is a 39 mile drive. Nearest rail stations are Garelochead - 6 miles - and Helensburgh - 13 miles from where trains run to Oban and beyond, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Jura-4 bed house & games room-sleeps 8 -Sandbank

Jura is a Lovely family house , with 4 large bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a huge games room / lounge in the basement which leads onto the wonderful patio area,garden and amazing HOT TUB The house was built 8 years ago .The land it’s built on was originally an orchard. When the American navy had the submarine base in the Holy loch from the 60s to 1992 the land was converted to a car park , it was always full of American cars which the sailors and their families had shipped over from the states.

A beautiful rustic cabin in the woods with covered decking area and outdoor bath. It is a romantic retreat with total privacy. Hop into the outdoor bath and chill to the sound of the blackbirds and swallows and swallows before dark and the owls after dark. Then climb into your cabin and experience the comfort of your double-bed, with lovely linen to give that little bit of luxury to your glamping experience. Spend time with that special someone without any interruptions from the outside world.

A cosy hideaway in the hills

Unwind at this peaceful oasis in the hills of Argyll in the Trossachs national park. Our converted barn has a twin bedroom downstairs & double room on the open mezzanine above an open-plan living kitchen area. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, as well as a washing machine and a tumble drier. Access to the adjacent forestry road is via a car park 100m north along the roadside. This offers extensive walking routes, including to the Benmore Botanic Garden, Pucks Glen & The Coylet.

Wonderful period home in the Scottish Highlands, in a stunningly special romantic location on Loch Earn.
