The small cabin is ideally located to rest at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Grenettes district even in the middle of summer. Just 150 meters from the coast you can enjoy the sea for shore fishing, swimming, surfing, beautiful sunsets. Peaceful haven in the Pinède while being close to shops and beaches. Cottage of about 50 m2, completely renovated and very well-equipped. It consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The smallest bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 and the large bedroom has 1 bed of 140.
