The beach is about a 40 minute drive, giving you proximity while maintaining peace & quiet. Space X is a few minutes further out. 30 minutes from Brownsville. We are 20 minutes from Arroyo City & a local boat ramp 5 minutes away with access to the Arroyo. Great value for families to enjoy the Lower Rio Grande Valley. No chores at checkout!
