Welcome in HAUS SWANHILD! Opened in March 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated next to its "sister house", HAUS THEDA, in a garden district nearby the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by a nice, open gallery space and a kombined kitchen dining and living room. Two sleeping rooms next to each other offer tranquility and rest for four and the gallery offers a cozy french size bed. The veranda invites for sun bathing or coffee time.

In our cozy cottage with a view of the countryside, you can relax wonderfully. The small but fine wooden house impresses with the bamboo parquet floor and the spacious terrace. Attention restriction: The D1 mobile network is almost unavailable with us. In addition to a filter coffee maker, there is also a Senseo coffee pod machine in the kitchen. An 11KW wallbox for charging your electric car is available on the premises (the electricity is billed to us)

The apartment is on the second floor (stairs), in a quiet village location, just a 10-minute drive from Rendsburg and the Kiel Canal. In Fockbek you will find restaurants, banks, discounters, doctors, pharmacies, gas stations. For vacation, temporary living space, rent - bridging, seminars in small groups (6 people)… Cyclists are welcome. The outdoor area in the garden can be used by arrangement. We offer you two apartments: Our 32 square meter "lütte Stuv" allows 2 people a quiet stay with a green outdoor area. The apartment is located together with our "grooten Stuv" (for 4 people) in a former farmhouse, which is an oasis of tranquility with its large garden. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.
