Only 20 minutes walk to the city center and to the famous Oceanographic and The City of The Arts . Well connected to all places and the beach! All amenities around.

Nice apartment on Perellonet beach, just 24 km from Valencia and 10 km from Albufera and El Saler. Close to the small fishing village of El Perelló. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with a kitchenette and a wonderful terrace overlooking the ocean. The development also has a large swimming pool, tennis court and ping-pong table as well as a children's area. Very good beach for kite-surfing. Public transportation 50m away. Tourism registration number: VT-41487-V

Piso luminoso, ideal para 5 adultos o familias 6 miembros. Este apartamento estará limpio y desinfectado antes de su llegada. Una de las mejores vistas de Valencia. Próximo a supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, comercios, tascas... A 10' de la playa y del centro histórico. Desde el balcón, cuando miras abajo tienes una terraza en el piso 11, por lo que no da vértigo y el resto de las ventanas se abren desde la parte alta, por lo que crea seguridad.

También me gusta que está muy despejado, sin edificios, ya que tiene 1 parques con jardines delante y otro en el lateral.
