The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Downtown apartment, in a quiet area. The nightclub that appears on Google Maps is permanently closed. Large, ideal for families. Fully furnished in 2024. It has kitchen utensils, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher. It has a terrace with a laundry room and a clothesline. The master bedroom also has a terrace. Large smart TV, Wi-Fi. It is also fully equipped with bed linens and towels.

It also has a large terrace with spectacular ocean views. The building has an elevator to the 5th floor but you have to go up one last floor on foot and we must take this into account for people with reduced mobility (approximately 12 steps)

If you're looking to truly disconnect, our rural houses are perhaps the best option to discover the so-called Mariña Lucense, in Barreiros (San Miguel), halfway between Foz and Ribadeo. Located on the same lane as La Longara beach and less than five minutes from Las Catedrales beach and other beaches that are perhaps less known but unique in Spain where you can enjoy very white sand and excellent weather without getting scorched!
