La Casita de la Playa is located in the middle of Ria de Arosa and on the beachfront. Ample parking in front of the house. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

The Casa Rosa apartment is located in Vilaxoán, a seaside village, a few meters from the beach and the port. It is also well connected thanks to its proximity to the expressway. It belongs to the municipality of Vilagarcía de Arousa, whose center is 2 km away. It consists of two spacious bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed; and it is completely exterior, which gives it light and views of the Arousa estuary.
