The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Downtown Mainz penthouse

Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Wonderful garden apartment (110 square meters) in a Gründerzeit villa - ideally and quietly located. The apartment explicitly welcomes dog owners and the 4 paws. Ideal for two people / possibly plus 1 adult or 2 children (sofa bed). Garden with various seating and barbecue may be used. An oasis in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the main train station, 5 minutes to the A66, 20 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to Frankfurt, but who wants to leave - because the Rheingau is on the doorstep

The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.
