'The Salmon Bothy' Studio Close to Shegra Beach

Just an 8 minute walk from Shegra Beach, this remote and peaceful studio will help you to slow down and unwind. A few miles from the village of Kinlochbervie (and the local services) and a great base for exploring the west coast and the NC500. ❗️PLEASE BE AWARE, due to our remote location our wifi is not superfast. Weather/multiple devices will slow it down significantly. Unfortunately, there is little we can do to improve it at this time. Pretend its the 90's and disconnect for a day or 2!❗️

Armadale Farm Cottage, Armadale Bay

Owned by Joyce Campbell, a prominent Scottish hill farmer and shepherdess widely recognised for her appearance on the BBC series 'This Farming Life', this gorgeous wee home has been renovated to encapsulate the traditional Scottish feel which we know our guests can't get enough of. Fluffy sheepskin throws, soft furnishings made from wool from the flock, a cosy wood burning stove - all within walking distance of the beach, makes this delightful cottage a perfect home for your Scottish getaway.

We have something to suit all holiday makers from fishing for salmon or trout, hill walking, Fionaven, Arkle and Stack or just exploring our beaches not forgetting Sandwood Beach. Pony trekking, kayaking and sea angling are also worth a go. Locally caught seafood is served at our Hotels and Restaurants.

Lovely lochside cottage at Rhiconich on the NC500

Inchard Cottage nestles in stunning scenery near to Cape Wrath on the NC500. It's a cosy place with amazing views right next to a sea loch. You can explore the nearby mountains lochs and beaches, go kayaking or fishing, or have a game of golf, but if you prefer some quiet unwinding you can simply relax and watch the wildlife in the bay outside your French windows. Although the scenery is wild and dramatic and feels remote it's also easy to find food stores, restaurants and filling stations.

Eddrachillis House

Eddrachillis House is a comfortable, modern home with spectacular views over Badcall Bay and its islands, two miles south of Scourie on the NC500. The house is set in 100 acres of land including shoreline. The spacious open-plan living area contains a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can dine under the stars. Fantastically located cottage surrounded by Lochs, Mountains and the Atlantic ocean on your door step. A Family Croft House that has been passed down several generations, in 2022 a full renovation was carried out. Breath taking views can be enjoyed from all rooms in the house and the spacious decking outside. Handa Island is only a short boat trip away to see the famous Puffin. Fly/Sea fishing and hill walking all in very close distance from the property. Ideal stop off on the NC500.

Raven Cottage

Raven Cottage is a charming listed property in the outstanding Scottish highlands. It is in the Hamlet of Oldshoremore which is 2 miles from Kinlochbervie. It is a short 10 minute walk to Oldshoremore beach & is close to the Sandwood Bay carpark. It is ideally located for the North Coast 500. Dogs are welcome however will incur an additional cleaning surcharge of £20. (max 2 dogs)

The Pavilion, Foulis Castle, Highland Scotland

The Pavilion is a Luxurious Self Catered Wing of Foulis Castle just out of Evanton near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. The Pavilion is positioned within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
