Es verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Backofen, 4 Gas-Herdplatten, Spüle, Spülmaschine eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine sowie einem Toaster, Wasserkocher, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Ein Grill steht ebenfalls für Sie bereit. Das Badezimmer ist umweltgerecht ausgestattet mit einer Trockentrenntoilette.

Cozy room overlooking the countryside Our guest room on a private floor offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. It has a 140cm bed and a nice seating area overlooking the countryside. The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and simplicity. A special highlight is the stream, which flows through the property and gives it a relaxed atmosphere. Whether those seeking peace, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

The house part has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, one double bed. 2 sofa beds for two people each 3 baby beds and in addition a small mattress storage in the open screed. In the lower area is the small modern kitchen. The game room is right next door. Outside in the seating area there is a grill and a fire pit where cozy evenings are spent.

The farmhouse in Appenzellerland is furnished with a lot of love, kept very simple and maximized to minimum comfort. Simply pure luxury for nature lovers. You don't have much here, but you don't need much – to be happy and with you. When you're there, the whole area and turnaround is yours. The house has space for a family or a cool colleague crew.
