My accommodation is perfect for large families, couples, golf lovers and adventurers. It is a beautiful apartment on the ground floor with garden (perfectly furnished) facing south, in the city. El Toyo, with garage and air conditioning 5 min walk to the beach and 20min from Cabo de Gata park. It's brand new and fully equipped. The urbanization has 2 pools, paddle court and Alboran golf course. It is registered with the RTA (Tourism Register of Andalusia) with no. VFT/AL/04208

Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
