A valley of citrus trees, with a river, swamps, mountains, ravines, and charming villages! The beaches of Motril, Salobreña, and Almuñécar are 30 km away, and downtown Granada is 31 km away. The area is also called the Lower Alpujarra, and the Upper Alpujarra (Lanjaron, Orgiva, etc.) is very close. A village surrounded by nature and tranquility, a perfect place to rest and relax.

The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
