Chalet with 40m2, in the best location of Maringá, Visconde de Mauá, with hydro casal, fireplace, garden, parking and Wi-Fi. Immersed in greenery, surrounded by birds and lulled by the sound of the Preto River, which is at the back of the property, the chalet is romantic, cozy and bright, combining tranquility and peace with the practicality of walking to downtown Maringá, where some of the best restaurants, shops and studios in the region are located. During Carnival, the minimum number of nights is five (5).

Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

Uttara-Gita is a tiny house surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, in front of Rio das Pedras, next to a gentle stream. It is inside the Pé da Serra Site. Tem Wi-Fi ( fiber optic). The space is for those who like nature and want to enjoy silence, relaxation and freshness of the forest. In rainy seasons, the natural humidity of the forest increases. The quality of sleep intensifies because in the forest, sleep becomes more restful and relaxing.
