Our house has a detached new unit at the backyard with a separate entrance. My brother and I are both professional workers, and mostly spend afternoons around the house. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.
