This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Hello! This unit is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley near restaurants, shopping centers, public transportation & other LA attractions. It has a private entrance, colorful patio with a meditation/yoga corner, recently remodeled bathroom, free parking, TV + WiFi, & a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, etc.) A 2nd room is availble to add on for extra guests for an additional $50 per night (4 guests total). The unit is part of the house but private.
