Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

Our approx. 52sqm apartment invites you to relax in the middle of Schleswig Holstein. Apartment is on the ground floor of our residential building in Büdelsdorf, is central but still quiet. It has its own entrance, hallway, and a bedroom with a double bed. The living area is equipped with seating such as dining table with chairs, bench, as well as a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. For your excursions between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, you have a nice starting point here. Flensburg, Schleswig and Kiel are quickly accessible by public transport or car. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.
