Our holiday farm "Ruemland" in a secluded location was completely renovated in 2022 and offers a total of four apartments. "Hye" is an apartment for two to three people on the ground floor with an additional sofa bed in the living area. Like all our apartments, it is modernly furnished in the Danish-Nordic style. In the living and dining area there is also a cozy fireplace that spreads cozy warmth. But the "wide country in view" can also be enjoyed from the spacious terrace with evening sun.

Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft on the second floor with a roof terrace. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. An open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge and many extras that hobby chefs want. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

Our holiday home is in the very town centre and has a sauna as well as a lovely closed yard which offers privacy and protection against the wind. All facilities are within a short walking distance. Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

The terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. Parking in the public parking garage (200 m) is free. Bicycles are safe on the premises. Jogging and walking start right at the front door on the Trave hiking trail. Downtown is around the corner.

Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

The wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to linger. If you feel like taking a canoe tour, our canoe is at your disposal, because opposite our cottage there is a canal on which you can drive around a little between meadows and fields.
