You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Great for families or groups of friends. IN SUMMER: 140 m2 family house, located at the Col de Romeyère, large spaces to discover nature, fauna and flora without being totally isolated. The house has a large garden IN WINTER: Ski-in ski-out to the slopes of the Col and the Coulmes cross-country ski area. For children: sledding track in front of the house and plenty of space to play all around the house. Non-smoking house and pets not allowed.

Le logement se trouve dans le hameau de "La Balme de Rencurel", idéalement situé à 15 minutes du centre de Villard-de-Lans et de Pont-en-Royans par la RD531 (qui longe les exceptionnelles gorges de la Bourne). Entièrement rénové, il est situé dans une ancienne bâtisse qui fait face à la montagne, un petit parc bordé par la rivière "la Bourne" se trouve au pied du logement.
