A stylishly furnished 60 m² holiday flat awaits you in the basement, which has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living and dining area. The flat offers space for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a functional couch. The 1st bedroom offers a 180x200cm bed and a Smart-TV. The 2nd bedroom offers an 80x200cm bed with pull-out function to a double bed with 160x200cm. The very well equipped kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bed linen, towels and bathroom supplies are provided once free of charge. There is free parking directly in front of the door and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.
