You have off street parking & self access is via your own entrance courtyard. Forest access is amazing: 100's km of hilking and biking trails across the road. 5km from the centre of town and good restaurant/cafes/takeaways/local shops within 1km. There is some noise travel in the kitchen area as it is adjoined to our home.

Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
