St. Thomas USVI, Waterfront Condo, Affordable

Beautiful Waterfront Condo, in gorgeous St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, overlooking Red Hook and uninhabited islands. All 32 condos were recently renovated as of 2020. Renovations are now complete on all units, and includes new exterior, new windows, doors, glass sliding doors all to building code. Inside the condo recent updates include a new kitchen, new stove, new ceiling fans, new bathroom vanity, new furniture. Air Conditioning a split level 24k unit works great and pumps cold A/C.

A spacious sleeping area features a large bed with soft linens, complemented by a cozy seating arrangement nearby. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer stunning views of the ocean and outdoor seating. A modern entertainment unit provides convenience with a flat-screen TV.

This updated and stylish condo offers incredible views of the Caribbean and neighboring St. John & BVI! We are located in Sapphire Village, nestled between Sudi’s Pool Bar & Grille and the second community pool. We are a 2-minute walk to the marina and another few steps to beautiful Sapphire Beach, which offers 3 restaurants, bars, boutique and coffee shop. Red Hook is a quick drive for dining, entertainment and the ferry to St. John/BVI. If you need a car during your stay, please inquire!

Taxis are readily available for rides to grocery stores, Red Hook for dinner, St. John Ferry, beaches. 25 min from airport!

Sapphire Village Resort Getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This completely remodeled actual 1 bedroom is beautiful! The views are absolutely amazing. This corner unit has a full kitchen with a full size stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed with your own tv. The bathroom is completely redone. Just steps from the newly remodeled pool and one of my favorite restaurants on the island. Sudi’s. The crystal clear beach is just a short walk.

RARE corner unit with both ocean and garden views, and the only unit with full privacy on the west side! Luxury mattress topper in bedroom and powerful air conditioning with ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Excellent WiFi with backup WiFi generator (extremely rare to find on the island). 5-min walk to Vessup Beach! Enjoy the waves crashing day and night. Washer and dryer inside condo!
