Kids and trained pets (maximum of two) are welcome (there is a fenced yard). Some amenities are 2 televisions, wifi, stocked kitchen, hotel linens and private laundry, use of shared patio and BBQ, playground and recreation centre near by. Close to all amenities in a desirable SE neighborhood of Red Deer. Just a short drive to Westerner Park/Centrium. Very clean suite.

Enjoy the very clean, comfortable self-contained basement suite in our home all to yourself. It has its own private entrance and accessible parking on the street. Accommodates 2 people comfortably. You can cook your meals in the kitchen which has all appliances and is completely equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and some basic cooking supplies. We are unable to accommodate animals/pets of any kind or size! NOTE: please clearly indicate how many people will be arriving to our home.

Beautiful spacious two bedroom suite and full kitchen with everything you need! Two queen beds and one single pull out trundle bed can accommodate up to five people. We have a workspace with a beautiful live edge desk ready for your office space away from home. Right next to Red Deers world class bike trails, bring the whole family to explore our quaint city. Stocked with a Nespresso machine and steamer for cappuccinos, a variety of spices for cooking, fresh linens, toiletries and more!

Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify us if these extras are needed. As we may need prepare the linens for you.

I have a lovely 1200sq ft guest suite in our walk-out basement, it has a private entrance. Great place for you to relax and enjoy. Best suited for family orientated guests. Kitchenette stocked with essentials (No stove). Lots of parking available. No stairs to climb inside or out! Basement is cool in the summer and cozy warm in the winter with out in floor heating. Living room: flat screen tv with Telus OptikTV (basic cable pkg) and Netflix. Wifi.
