If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Our agriturismo on Hemmelsdorfer See is an almost 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Hemmelsdorfer See not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses were created. The apartment 4 is located on the garden side and can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambience.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
