BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Urlaub in Timmendorfer Strand mit gleichzeitigem Rückzugsort für Pausen vom Tourismustrubel. In unserer FeWo am Hemmelsdorfer See genießen Sie die Tage an der Ostsee wie Sie gerade Lust haben. Mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Min. bis zur Strandpromenade (ohne Parkplatzsuche), Baden, Bummeln oder Eisessen oder zu Fuß von der Haustür aus am exklusiven Badezugang ein Bad im See nehmen und einen Drink in der Abendsonne genießen. Es steht ein Grill, eine Playstation5 und ein Parkplatz mit Wallbox zur Verfügung.

Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Unsere wunderschönen Wohnungen sind komplett neu saniert und neu eingerichtet. Der Strand, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplätze und vieles mehr sind in weniger als 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Ihr schlaft in traumhaften Boxspringbetten. Zum entspannen legt euch in die Badewanne. Ein zweites Bad mit Dusche habt ihr zur Wahl. Küche und Wohnbereich machen die Wohnung über zwei Ebenen komplett. Zum Verweilen laden euch der Balkon in der Abendsonne oder die Terrasse in der Mittagssonne ein.

Haustiere sind ebenfalls in einigen Ferienwohnungen herzlich willkommen. Achtung: Die Wohnungen A + B unterscheiden sich nicht von der Ausstattung oder vom Stil. Lediglich der Blick nach draußen kann minimal abweichen.

Pure country air and sea air around the corner: Five minutes' drive from the beach in Travemünde and the lovely fishing port in Niendorf. 15 minutes to Timmendorfer Strand - a small but fine unique place for nature lovers. Ideal for couples with two (or three small) children. Of course, dogs are also welcome.

Lovingly refurbished detached house with 80m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or a tour of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: approx. 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to Hamburg City.

The apartment is furnished for 1 to 4 people, with up to 2 additional people sleeping on 2 armchairs. 2 baby cribs available Within walking distance are 2 playgrounds, public transport, bakery, discount store and downtown Bad Schwartau incl. cinema, restaurants, car charging station type 2 etc.

Hello and welcome, Along the Bay of Lübeck or at the in-house lake in the beach chair on our lake terrace, the fresh sea air blows your mind free and lets you quickly forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our centrally located apartment is located between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the cultural capital of Lübeck. Both destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Hiking trails and popular cycling routes are right on our doorstep.

The apartment has three bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom and a large balcony facing the sea.
