Enjoy pure nature, hiking, relaxation, wellness, and a time with limited electricity and hot water. You will find 2 small houses with sleeping places for 10 people, a bathroom, a sauna, a hotpot for bathing and heating, a rustic kitchen with a gas and wood stove, a refrigerator, and a fireplace .

The villa is located slightly above Brissago in sunny Ticino. It offers a perfect compromise between central location (the town center and the lake are within walking distance) and nature. Via a park-like garden, you get to the villa with 5 bedrooms. Four of them on the second floor and one in as part of a separate self-contained apartment in the basement. A balcony and several terraces offer the opportunity to relax outdoors. A swimming pool is also available during summer months.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
