A stylishly furnished 60 m² holiday flat awaits you in the basement, which has 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living and dining area. The flat offers space for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a functional couch. The 1st bedroom offers a 180x200cm bed and a Smart-TV. The 2nd bedroom offers an 80x200cm bed with pull-out function to a double bed with 160x200cm. The very well equipped kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Bed linen, towels and bathroom supplies are provided once free of charge. There is free parking directly in front of the door and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. Dogs are possible on request. There is an additional charge of 7,50-/night. Enjoy an exclusive far-reaching view of nature, with unobstructed views of the marshland and the red hawker's barge.
