New log house with amazing views of the sea

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Family home near the zoo and a short distance to the beach

5 minutter fra Dyreparken og Hamresanden (strand) . Plass til 6-9 personer ved bruk av reiseseng/ekstra madrasser til barn. Perfekt for 2 barnefamilier som vil til Sørlandet på tur. Enebolig med innegjerdet hage, tre soverom, bad, vaskerom (med ekstra dusj/do), kjøkken og stue. Hagen er fylt med lekestue, huskestativ, sandkasse og utemøbler på platting og spisebord på terrasse i 2.etg. Sengetøy og håndklær ink. i leie. 5 min til Dyreparken og strand. Ingen dyr eller røyking tillatt.

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Beachfront Holiday Apartment

Renovated in 2025. You live 5 meters from the beach and the sea, and in the summer you can rent a boat with an outboard motor for fishing and island trips. You live close to everything. 5 minutes to Dyreparken, 7 minutes to Kjevik Airport, 2 minutes to walk to the bus that runs every 20 minutes. 8 minutes to Kristiansand, 5 minutes to Sørlandssenteret, 15 minutes to the archipelago. There are plenty of hiking opportunities a short jog away:) Good parking, right at the door.

Cozy Sørland house in Høllen close to the beach

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180cm beds downstairs and 90cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fibre). AppleTV available.

Cheerful house with free parking on site.

Lekker nyoppusset enebolig med gjennomgående god standard ligger sentralt på Hånes. 9 min kjøretid til dyreparken, 8 min kjøretid til Sørlandssenteret, 6 min kjøretid til Hamresanden strand, 12 min kjøretid til Kristiansand sentrum. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med det meste av redskaper (bestikk, tallerken, glass, osv.) Det er 2 dobbelt senger, en enkelt seng og en baby seng. Vi har også madrasser som legges på gulvet.

Summer house

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Southern Norway's finest beaches, and a short road to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also 5 minutes drive distance to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city centre is 15 minutes away. The home has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.

Place with perfect location on Søm in Kristiansand, 10 minutes by car to the city center, the zoo, Sørlandsparken, Kjevik and child-friendly beach at Hamresanden. There are also beaches on Søm 15-20min walk away. Everything is new spring-2022 The bus often goes right outside the home to easily get around. Big garden with table/chairs and lawn with evening sun after long days on the go.

Large, new single-family home with space for two families. Bathing area and playground nearby. Very central, 10 minutes to center, Kristiansand center and Dyreparken. Quiet and child-friendly area. Sleeps 9, but mattresses can be brought. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and several terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. Sunny terraces.
