Unsere Südterrasse garantiert gute Erholung in schöner Natur. Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

The basement apartment with separate entrance includes a combined living-bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. It was completely renovated in 2019. However, it is a basement apartment, standing height in kitchen and sleeping area about 2 m. The apartment is not suitable for toddlers as there are unsecured high steps.

This apartment is in a new building and is designed for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It is a granny flat in an inhabited apartment building with children and a dog, which can be heard occasionally. The use of an 11kw (type 2) charging station is possible with your own cable and is charged at €0.30 per KW. Washing machine, shower, TV, WiFi, dishwasher are available. The exterior of the house is not quite finished yet (optically).

A bike route is suitable for cycling and skating. There is a train stop and bus connections. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The area invites you to take longer walks and the bus to Kiel city center (7 km away) is only a few meters from the property. The beaches of the Baltic Sea are 20-30 minutes away by car. The Molfsee open-air museum is close by.

Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. A beautiful bright apartment overlooking the garden in the district of Kiel Meimersdorf is rented. The location is very quiet and invites you to relax, yet you are also quickly in the city, or at the nearest supermarket. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot and from there you are in 10 minutes at Kiel central station. Shopping is about 2 km away. It takes about 20 minutes by car.
