Lovely stone cottage set in a private finca of our Pure Spanish Horse stud of 16 hectares, with stunning views of the Gredos mountains. A pretty rose and herb garden with an salt water alberca for swimming, shady sitting areas looking out to the valley below. Horseriding can be arranged locally.

Solitude and Nature

Be alone, truly alone.. in a spectacular peaceful setting on our wonderful olive farm. Our small but cozy and recently renovated home sits on top of 2 hectares of private land with no nearby houses overlooking the stunning valley of the Gredos mountains and our lush olive and fruit trees. In winter, sit by the fire as you look out the window at the views and in summer, relax in a hammock on the balcony while you eat and read amongst the silence and greenery or sit by the pool (opens June 1st!)

The house is charming, adapted to the natural environment, it was restored maintaining the original materials, stone, bricks and handmade clay tiles, chestnut wood... The electricity comes from solar panels and a generator It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 kitchen and dining room. A glazed porch with a sofa and table, it also has a porch and outdoor table with a large garden. Fireplace and heating. (Firewood for a fee €20) Private parking. Away from the noise. Massage for a fee.

Casa de Pedro

A stone and wood house at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos Regional Park in Arenas de San Pedro, 170 km from Madrid and 90 km from Ávila. In the heart of nature, ideal for enjoying tranquility and the environment. Ideal for couples and families who want to disconnect from the city and enjoy a unique environment. It consists of 3 rooms, two with a double bed and one with twin beds. Two full bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, garden with a saltwater pool and porch.

A stone and wood house in the middle of the mountains, 3 bedrooms with a 150cm bed, a sofa bed, sleeps up to 7 people, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, wood stove....
