In the nearby area you can take mountain hikes, visit the great swimming beach as well as sand volleyball- and tennis court at Hjellvik, 2 km away. A 14 foot plastic boat from 2021 with new 6 hp located in the jetty 400 meters from the house is included in the rent. There are also 2 bikes that are located in the basement. Osterøy is a great starting point for nice mountain hikes. Tirevollfjellet at 303 meters above sea level, is a 1 hour walk from the door.

From the apartment you have a sea view of the beautiful Osterfjorden, and can enjoy the sunset from a cozy garden right outside the entrance. Parts of the apartment are brand new (June 25) and appear both practical and homey. There is a short walking distance to mountain walks, swimming beach and sports facilities. Possibilities to rent an extra cottage with room for 2-3 children. Fresh eggs in the chicken garden.

Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old homestead that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is remotely located at Sævareidsfjorden with a road all the way. Here you will have access to a charming old house, large green areas, good bathing opportunities, rod fishing opportunities and a naust with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pit and outdoor furniture. Outside the bullpen there is a big plating and wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and pet friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.
