Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The kitchen is fully equipped, possibility to fire in wood stove, fireplace. A unique and different cottage with a large porch. Self-catering with about 75 sqm living space. There is no public transport here so you need your own car. Distance: Fryken 2 km, Ski Sunne 13 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park, Västanå theater and golf course 8 km.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården next to Nordmarksberg Manor: 19th century or older. In this farm the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – d. 1790) is said to have lived. On a stone in the foundation of the courtyard should be a carving with Nils name. Picture of this stone can be found in the Värmland archive's foot archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present. It's probably hidden by mortar covered over the rocks.

This completely renovated bungalow is located in a quiet residential area in Hagfors and is equipped with all comforts, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a new kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, good central heating and the house is well insulated. The house is quite central in Hagfors (about 5 minutes drive from the centre) and is also close to beautiful hiking area and about 10 minutes drive from beautiful seaside resorts. There is a large enclosed back garden.

You can call it whatever you like: digital detox or an offline holiday – this is the perfect place for it! Watch ice floes drifting down the river, enjoy the fine sandy beach in summer, or take a canoe trip along the water. Go forest bathing, search for woodland spirits and fairies... every season has its own special charm! The bright house, built in 2018, is modern and designed for year-round use. A private drinking water well as well as exclusive fishing rights are, of course, included.
