There are two full bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. Plenty of outdoor spaces to fish, hike, bike, and kayak. Property adjoins to a bike trail that will take you into town and varies other places including a newly installed Frisbee Golf Course.

Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.

If you are looking for a quiet retreat w/private entrance outside the city, you are home. Trees are outside every window with palpable serenity yet is still an easy ten-minute drive to downtown Rochester. This is a family-friendly place with crib and changing table. This is not a party house. It has a kitchenette so we will provide information to restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes.
