Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Cozy chalet with a privileged view to Pico das Agulhas Negras. A place to forget the problems, relax and commune with nature. It is located 2.5 km from the entrance to Penedo which is a tourist spot with many bars, restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The Chalé has a private garage covered in its outdoor area. In the internal environment we have a double bed, minibar, microwave oven, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. Note: Sleeps up to two people.

Uttara-Gita is a tiny house surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, in front of Rio das Pedras, next to a gentle stream. It is inside the Pé da Serra Site. Tem Wi-Fi ( fiber optic). The space is for those who like nature and want to enjoy silence, relaxation and freshness of the forest. In rainy seasons, the natural humidity of the forest increases. The quality of sleep intensifies because in the forest, sleep becomes more restful and relaxing.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
