Lastarria Penthouse, Amazing Terrace

Unwind on the terrace every morning while sipping a cup of coffee, with amazing views of the city and Cerro San Cristóbal. Enjoy the modern and vintage charm of this beautiful space in the heart of Lastarria, surrounded by original art and exquisite design. I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Santiago. The apartment is completely renovated for our guests’ comfort, with thoughtful design touches. The space has a living room and dining area, and one full bedroom. The building is very central, and in a safe Santiago Centro location. Besides being only half a block from Santa Lucia metro station, you can easily walk to many tourist attractions around Santiago, the closest being the Cerro Santa Lucía Park, the National Library, and Barrio Lastarria.

Muy limpio y acogedor ! Mágico para turistas que quieren pasar unos días en el punto cero, en el Casco antiguo de Santiago de Chile.

Departamento en Santiago Centro

Lindo departamento en la comuna de Santiago Centro que cuenta con una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama (totalmente equipadas con ropa de cama), también posee estacionamiento con un costo adicional y se encuentra a pasos de iconicas localidades como lo es el parque de Quinta Normal, el metro, el barrio Yungay, el hospital San Juan de Dios y el museo de la memoria. (lamentablemente el termo del agua no tiene la capacidad para darse baños de tina) (estacionamiento solicitar con anticipación)

We own this centrally located one-bedroom apartment in a safe, modern doorman building. After falling in love with its prime location and high-floor view, we purchased and meticulously renovated the unit. The apartment is in the heart of the hip Bellas Artes district, just a block and a half from the Bellas Artes metro station. Adjacent to the building are a supermarket and a nice café. Within a short walk, you'll find great restaurants, shopping, and Santiago's top tourist attractions.

A beautiful apartment in Santiago, close to popular tourist spots like Quinta Normal Park, Basilica of Lourdes and National Museums. This flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and on suite. The terrace has a stunning view of the Andes Mountains!. It has a fully equipped open kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat is 500 meters from the Gruta de Lourdes metro station giving you access to the city centre and to the airport and bus station.
