Approx travel into the city via public transport is about 30 min to an hour and via car. There’s free street parking at all times. Close to local shops, hospitals and restaurants. Lots of steps up to get to your unit. If you have heavy luggage ask me for help. Perfect for solo travelers who just need a comfortable bed and a clean space. Active family lives on the second floor who sleeps early. Quiet hours 10pm to 7am are extremely important for us. No visits allowed.

We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
