Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Super suitable for your vacation - if necessary with desk work. Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. The "Haselnuss" is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Our small, cozy vacation home is located on the outskirts of Quedlinburg and yet only two kilometers from the historical city center. Built on a 2,500 square meter property, which is completely and solely available to you, it is enthroned between trees, shrubs, meadows and flowers on a mountain, from which you have a wide view of the surrounding landscape and up to Quedlinburg.

In the heart of Quedlinburg's Old Town – right by the 10th-century Blasius Church – you will find our modern and superbly furnished vacation apartment, Ulme. Despite its central location, you will stay in a quiet area on a small cul-de-sac with no traffic. The small, charming garden in the courtyard, with seating and a barbecue, is available to all guests. A garage directly at the house can be booked for an additional €10 per night.
