Neu auf dem Hof Sitzgelegenheiten für Gäste! Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und auch das Zentrum ist schnell zu erreichen. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Geeignet ist die Wohnung besonders für Familien mit Kindern, natürlich ebenso für Paare und Geschäftsreisende. Neben der Ferienwohnung haben wir noch ein großes Grundstück was nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden kann. Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist auf dem Hof unter dem Carport vorhanden ( schmale Zufahrt). Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt!!

The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Frisch renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet lädt die "Haselnuss" zum Verweilen ein. Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

Gänsetrappe - Vacation in a monument

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Trotz der zentralen Lage wohnen Sie ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse ohne Verkehr. Der kleine, charmante Garten im Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Grill steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Eine Garage direkt am Haus kann für 10 € pro Nacht hinzugebucht werden.
