Explore Valencia from a Central Apartment

My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! The home is located in the “El Pilar” neighborhood, a charming and historic area in the Old Town of Valencia. From here, walk to emblematic places like the Town Hall square, Valencia Cathedral, and a selection of independent restaurants and shops. Mercado Central / Valencia Central Market – 250 m. / 3 min. Metro runs from 5.27 until 23.30 at night. This is the fastest & most frequent transportation service, running every 6-9 min throughout day, 7 days. All major bus routes are also available either from Àngel Guimerà or Gran Vía de Fernando El Católico. For example, to go to the beach, you can take Bus Nr. 2 at Gran Vía de Fernando El Católico and would take you less than 30 min. to go to the Las Arenas Beach area.

The room is located on the 1st floor of a new-construction building (in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old), which has an elevator. It features a spacious living room, a gracious street-facing balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Large windows fill the living room area with plenty of natural daylight. The two sofas are the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing, or enjoy a film in the flat screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area and features a table that seats 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer and washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, basic kitchen condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others) plus utensils for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. The bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed (150 x 190cm), a walking closet and an extra closet, so there will be enough room for your clothes and luggage. The towels supplied are for use in the apartment only; if you plan to go to the beach, I kindly ask you to bring your own towels. Bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Fast WIFI High-Speed Internet connection and integrated air conditioning / heating system is available. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house. The tenant would pay the difference in case of exceeding this limit.

City center, 5 bedrooms.

This big and spacious apartment called "The Cypresses" is situated in the old part of the city. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby althought the street is residential and very quiet. It is located only 5 min walk from Ángel Guimera underground station with direct line to Valencia airport. Also 10 minutes walk from the Train Station wich is next to the main square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento). Right beside the apartment there are several bus stops for different rutes: to the beach, the Trade Center or the Arts & Sciences Museum. There is a public car park 3 minutes away. "The Cypresses" is 19th century two storey renovated building with wooden beams and a living area of 250m2. It has got two double rooms (one with double bed), two complete bathrooms, a living-room/ dining-room with a fully equipped American style kitchen with all amenities. We included free internet & wifi, towels and sheets in the price. The capacity is for 14 people but we admit bookings from 5 people.

I will be happy to welcome you to my house, in the heart of Valencia, it is renovated, minimalist, 100 meters from museums and in the heart of Valencia's historic center, 800 meters from the Cathedral, 400 meters from the IVAM, Calle Caballeros and leisure area. 2 minutes from the Turia River. Very well located to spend a few days in Valencia, you have TV, Wi-Fi. We have parking for a medium-sized car. It's in a building 200 meters away. Elevator. Maneuvering is difficult.
