Welcome to Linden Grove, a veteran estate in the heart of the Carpathians. My name is Mykola Iliichuk, I am the owner of the estate and an active serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the war, the essence of the native land became even deeper. “Linden Grove” is not just a veteran business. This is my attempt to bring back meaning, peace, and dignity to a life that has seen too much of the front, anxiety, pain, and loss. This place has always been, is and will be my home — a place of strength and recovery. And now, I want to share it with you...

Geodome house: mountains, forest.

I rent a geodome house in the village of Snidavka, Kosiv district, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The house is located in the woods, in the mountains, in a quiet place for relaxation. Built in 2022, it has a kitchen-studio, a bedroom on the second tier, a shower, hot water, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. Suitable for 2-3 people. There are areas for meditation, bathing in the tub. Additionally: sauna, tub. In the house: bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, backup power, barbecue, heated blankets. Meals are not included in the price.

Hut in the mountains

Imagine - you are lying in the open air bath. Ahead - mountains. Around - spruces, the noise of the mountain river and mountain freshness. The cottage is NOT near nature, it is inside it. ⠀ You wake up in bed, and outside the window - mountains, tree trunks, needles in a few meters, morning fog between them. ⠀ A hut made of mud, wood and stone. It has carvings, bas-reliefs of Carpathian plants, natural furniture, and everything you may need for a perfect holiday. ⠀ This is a place that grew out of mountains, trees, and silence.

Tiny House On The Top

The hut is located on top of a mountain 850 meters high, next to the village of Marynychi. The path to the mountain is about three kilometers, through the forest and meadow. The opportunity to climb the mountain only on foot, food and other things to the cottage are taken out by a horse, accompanied by a guide. If necessary, it is possible to leave the car in the parking lot under the mountain. A wood-burning stove is used for heating and cooking. All listed services are included in the cost of accommodation.
