NOTE: Lake Sinclair drawdown will start 10/25/25 and lake refill will commence 12/1/25. Lake refill is a very slow process and lake level is still low. Two kayaks provided for a fun time on the lake! 3 bedroom – 2 bathroom house with 30 foot screened in deck and 2 additional decks with full sun.
