It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

River Minka

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized. Parking is on the street or the nature strip.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
