Nice bungalow in Bajamar, in the foothills of Anaga, and in the most sought-after development in the area, (Vernetta), located in a quiet place, safe and pleasant. It has a spacious and sunny terrace, spectacular views to the sea, to the beach of El Arenal,to La Punta del Hidalgo and the mountain and with a magnificent sunset and also has a small garden with lawn and flowers. All private. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds ;suitable for four people. Recently renovated and equipped with everything you could need to feel at home. Vitro, oven, microwave, coffee makers, juicer, toaster, hairdryer, Hi Fi, washer, etc. A ten-minute walk to the spectacular beach of El Arenal, or the wonderful natural pools of Bajamar. Parada de Guagua 25 meters away. Enjoy a drink on the terrace letting yourself be carried away by the Del Mar breeze, watching the sunset in front of you or savor a delicious breakfast, watching the young people surfing the crest of the waves in the sea, and of course tanning yourself lying on a hammock, while reading a book, at the time you want, since you will have sunshine from sunrise to sunset, given the configuration of its spectacular terrace.
