It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

San Cristobal Beach, Las Palmas

A place where the sound of the pebbles dragged by the tide welcomes us among colorful houses at the foot of the Atlantic. Located in the capital, San Cristóbal is a seaside neighborhood made up of a cluster of more or less uniform houses a few meters from the sea, with an avenue with a promenade and a small port dating from 1980. This enclave extends south of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and has more than 150 years of history that exudes tranquility and tradition.

The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has recently been renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.
