The property of 1800 m2, all fenced, has two homes, one opposite, not rentable and a very complete monoenvironment, independent of the house, surrounded by trees and plants. The criollo stove is conditioned with everything needed to roast. There is an ocean view terrace and a pergola deck.

La Locanda has four casitas distributed in a wooded garden. Each of them has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and winter garden. Located in a quiet area, in front of the mountain of San Vicente and a few blocks from the beach, which can be reached in 10 min walking.
