This house was our home for a few years, and we hope that for you it will also be a place you like to remember, where you feel at ease as if it were your own home, and that you enjoy it. It's an ideal house for family holidays and relaxing, as well as for working, for digital nomads or content creators, or for athletes, thanks to its location in a quiet, noise-free area, just a 3-minute drive from the city and the lake, natural surroundings where you can play sports, go for a walk and take beautiful photos.

Villa just 5 km from Girona center, 2 km from the highway. Ideal for cyclists and hikers. Recently renovated, it combines modern comfort with rustic charm. Capacity: Up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Living rooms with a fireplace, a billiard room, and a library. Large glass-enclosed terrace. Spacious pool, gardens, and a barbecue. Big garage: fits 4 cars, bikes, etc. No groups of young people under 25 years old are accepted. Pets: Maximum of 2 allowed, with a supplement of €40 each.

Family-friendly accommodation

Ideal per a famílies amb nens o equips de competició. Molt ben situada per fer turisme, a prop del mar i la muntanya. L'entorn convida al passeig i a gaudir de la natura. Permet allotjar 8 adults i 6 nens. Alguns espais són compartits amb els hostes de l'altra casa com la zona de joc, la piscina i la BBQ. Actualment la família responsable de l'activitat viu al segon pis de la masia i davant de l'edifici principal també hi viu una persona. Per una bona convivència no s'accepten festes ni música.

Guesthouse in a rural área near Banyoles town and Girona. The guesthouse is located on the ground floor of a two-story farmhouse.Hosts live on the upper floor. Guests stay on the lower floor. Guests have exclusive use of the garden, pool and barbecue. The guesthouse has 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms for a máximum of 9 people. We are pet friendly and bike friendly (secure bicycle storage). This is a ver y quiet rural area, so parties are not allowed.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, but we always respect the privacy of the guests.
