House from 1932 renovated while maintaining the original charm of the time. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. The accommodation (4 places) is on the ground floor with an independent entrance. The first floor corresponds to another rural accommodation. The owners live in the main house. With its own terrace and garden furniture. The swimming pool, BBQ and play area are shared with the guests of the other house.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, which is exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open-plan space and two private terraces. The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, part of my family may also be there, but we always respect the privacy of the guests.
