Huset har tre leiligheter med separate innganger som deler et koselig fellesområde med oppvarmet svømmebasseng og solsenger. Dette er leilighet S. Se bildene for nærmere beskrivelse. For å leie alle leilighetene samlet, eller leie en av de andre leilighetene, se "Ghirmais utleiesteder" på min profil. 3 minutter å kjøre eller 15 minutter å spasere med spektakulær utsikt til en av de vakreste strendene på øya, Amadores-stranden. 5 minutters gange til restauranter, kjøpesentre og supermarkeder.

Entspannt Euch in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft und genießt romantische Zweisamkeit beim Sonnenuntergang und einem Glas Wein. Der spektakuläre Blick ins Tal (Barranco de Anzoe) aufs Meer bis zum Teide auf Teneriffa ist kaum zu übertreffen. Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

Our unique and recently refurbished home is located in the heart of a wonderful Canarian town called Agaete. It is an oasis of peace with lots of light, space, local plants, and beautiful energy. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests who want to relax and discover the local highlights such as the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the port, or one of many pristine bays and beaches. You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

Holiday in Puerto Rico serves up more hours of sunshine throughout the year than anywhere else on Gran Canaria. This special place is close to everything you need, shopping, dining, restaurants, bars, grocery stores. And it´s 10-15 minutes from the sandy beach of Puerto Rico. A beautiful promenade /1km/ along the ocean will take you to another beautiful beach, Amadores.

An infinity pool stretches out, blending seamlessly with the vast ocean horizon. The water reflects a brilliant blue, contrasting with the clear sky above. Palm trees are visible in the background, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere around the pool area.

Stílusos, csendes, légkondícionált, 1 hálószobás, nappalis apartmanunk lenyűgöző óceáni kilátással, gyors wifivel, teljesen gépesített konyhával, tágas terasszal, egész évben fűtött infinity pool-lal és minden kényelemmel felszerelve vár! Csak 6 perc sétára a homokos strandtól és 10 percre az éjszakai élet központjától, viszont a lakás elhelyezkedése miatt, a szórakozóhelyek zaja nem hallatszik fel az apartmanhoz. Tökéletes választás a nyugodt pihenéshez és szórakozáshoz is!

Aprovecha al máximo tus vacaciones en un ambiente agradable y relajado. El apartamento está en una zona muy tranquila cerca de la playa y el centro de Puerto Rico y cuenta con una pequeña piscina. Se accede por escaleras, por lo que no se recomienda para personas con movilidad reducida. La playa de Puerto Rico, su centro comercial y Mogán Mall están a 10´y 2´ minutos a pie. Guagua directa desde el aeropuerto hasta la terminal de Puerto Rico y desde allí 5´en taxi.
